About the Role
As Centre Director, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the service.
Working closely with the wider management team, you'll focus on:
Leading, mentoring and developing your team
Building a positive, accountable and high-performing culture
Maintaining strong occupancy and family engagement
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff retention
Driving quality practices and compliance across the service
Preparing the centre for future assessment and rating goals




Building strong relationships with families and the local community
About You
We're looking for a confident and relationship-focused leader who enjoys supporting and developing others.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Centre Director, Centre Manager or senior early childhood leader
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
Experience leading and developing teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative and hands-on leadership style
Current Blue Card and relevant certification
