Due to several major project wins in the Brisbane market, they are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Structures Foreman to join the high-performing delivery team.
The Role
Structural Cycle Management:
Oversee and optimise the tower's structural cycle time (slabs, columns, vertical elements, and core walls).
Subcontractor Coordination:
Lead and hold accountable formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement, post-tensioning, and crane crews.
Safety & Formwork Compliance:
Enforce strict Tier 1 WH&S; policies, temporary works procedures, and engineered formwork sign-offs.
Logistics & Materials:
Manage heavy site logistics, crane coordination, concrete delivery schedules, and material handling in a tight footprint.
Program & Quality:
Drive daily and weekly programs to hit critical path milestones while ensuring strict adherence to structural engineering specifications.
Experience/Qualifications Required
Proven Experience:
Minimum of 4+ years as a Structures Foreman / Supervisor on large-scale commercial or residential high-rise projects ($80M+ value minimum).




Trade Background:
A carpentry background is highly advantageous, or a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management / Civil Engineering.
Tier 1 or 2 Pedigree:
Demonstrated experience working within structured Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 environments, with an expert understanding of jump form systems and complex temporary works.
Rigorous Safety Focus:
Uncompromising attitude toward high-risk work activities, working at heights, and crane operations.
Communication:
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage large subcontractor teams and drive production effectively.
