We're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to start ASAP.
As part of our crew you'll play a key role in civil construction projects across Far North Queensland, including trenching and excavation for sewer, water and stormwater systems.
What you'll do
Operate excavators for trenching and detailed excavation work
Read and interpret council and stakeholder plans
Contribute to job planning and work closely with the wider project team
Identify and solve on-site issues to keep jobs secure, on track and delivered on time
Help deliver an exceptional result to a high standard of quality and safety
What you'll need
Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction
White Card and excavator ticket (RIIMPO320 or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of civil construction planning and rollout
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
