About the role
This is a lead role where you'll own SNDY SKN's marketing and content end to end, including strategy, calendar and content creation. You'll be the brand's voice on social, grow its community, and be the creative force behind every campaign. You'll work directly with Stace, the founder, who sets the brand's point of view and films with you twice a month. Everything else planning, creating, publishing, reporting is yours, with the Lust Minerals team, playbooks and systems behind you.
Key responsibilities
Own the SNDY SKN marketing plan and monthly content calendar
Plan and run campaigns and launches, including seasonal pushes, gifting offers and charity partnerships
Grow brand awareness, current customers and repeat purchase across online and retail partners
Protect the brand's positioning, tone of voice and visual standards
Shoot, edit and publish short-form video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories
Run founder filming days with Stace and turn them into a month of content
Create content that proves the product works texture tests, wear tests, no-white-cast demos
Write captions, scripts, hooks and web copy in the SNDY SKN voice
Own SNDY SKN's social channels day to day posting, engagement, DMs and comments
Report monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth,

About you
A portfolio of short-form video you've shot and edited yourself, with results to back it up
Proven experience growing a social account or community, not just posting to oneConfidence owning a plan end to end you set the calendar, hit deadlines and don't wait to be told
Strong copywriting with an ear for brand voice
Able to work in-house on the Sunshine Coast
Comfortable on camera, and great at making others comfortable on cameraOrganised, self-directed and happy owning the numbers

We're the sister brand to Lust Minerals, the Australian-made, vegan and cruelty-free makeup brand founded by Stace Hollands in ****. Stace is a CIDESCO-qualified skin therapist with 20 years in advanced skin, and SNDY SKN is built on that expertise: mineral filters only, published batch-level testing. SNDY SKN has just turned one and the foundations are in. Now we need someone to lead it into its next stage of growth.
