The Role
We're looking for a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Structural Engineer with expertise in precast concrete to join our dynamic remote team.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
Create and review detailed structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation.
Contribute to Current Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to implementation.
Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
