Grow major national retail accounts for a leading Australian protective glove supplier.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing strategic account plans
Growing revenue across existing product ranges
Identifying and securing new national ranging opportunities
Building strong relationships across all levels of each account
Delivering store visits, product training and promotional campaigns
Monitoring sell through, product availability and competitor activity
Managing sales forecasts, pipelines and account performance through CRM
Supporting successful product launches and national rollouts
Some national travel will be required to maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities at store level
Requirements:
Experience in key account,
national account or territory sales
A track record of growing accounts and securing new product ranges
Confidence to present proposals and business cases to senior stakeholders
Excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skills
Solid organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
CRM experience, with Salesforce highly regarded
A proactive, resilient and financially motivated approach
