About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Lawyer with 1-3 years of post-admission experience to join their Corporate Health, Aged Care & Retirement Living team in Brisbane. This role involves working closely with partners who are leaders in these sectors, offering a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in corporate advisory, transactions, and disputes within highly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients in the health, aged care, and retirement living sectors
Manage corporate advisory tasks, transactions, and dispute resolution
Collaborate directly with top-tier clients, building strong relationships
Prepare and review legal documents with meticulous attention to detail
Support complex cases and contribute to strategic legal solutions
Engage in interstate and international transactions as part of a global team
Requirements
1-3 years of post-admission experience in corporate law
Expertise in dealing with highly regulated industries
Strong analytical and drafting skills




Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and client service orientation
Proficiency with document management systems like FileSite

Salary of $100,000 to $130,000 DOE
