The EAT 24 bakery in Brunswick, Melbourne is seeking a qualified Full-Time Baker to prepare Turkish, Mediterranean and Western-style bakery products using traditional wood-fired ovens. This 38-hour-per-week role offers stability and a professional team setting.
You will inspect ingredients, weigh and prepare doughs, bake breads and pastries, glaze and decorate, and maintain hygiene and equipment to food-safety standards.
