JW Marriott is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily Front Desk operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will report to the Front Office Manager and manage shifts to deliver smooth check‐in/check‐out services in line with service standards.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, solid communication skills, and familiarity with Opera PMS.
