Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation:
Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, property settlements, and spousal support.
Legal Advice:
Provide clear, concise, and compassionate legal advice to clients.
Negotiation:
Skilfully negotiate settlements and agreements.
Litigation Support:
Represent clients in court and prepare necessary legal documentation.
