About the role
ThePeople & Culture Business Partneris a 12-month fixed-term role covering parental leave, reporting to the Founder.
It provides hands‐on, day‐to‐day P&C; support across performance management, culture, reward and recognition, and compliance and policy for team members in Australia, the US and UK/EU.
The role also administers Learning & Development, including managing the LMS to ensure consistent, well‐tracked training and compliance learning across Australia, the US and EMEA.
