Yo My Goodness is seeking an organised Prep Chef to lead daily kitchen preparation and ensure the venue is ready for every service period.
You will plan high-quality food prep, manage yields, and supervise two or more team members during shifts.
You will maintain recipe and food safety standards, use forecasts and stock data to minimise waste, train staff, and record temperature and cleaning checks.
This is a hands-on role that rewards accuracy and teamwork.
