The Role
Agri Labour Australia is seeking three reliable and motivated Construction Labourers (Level 3) for a short-term assignment in Griffith, NSW.
Working within the agricultural construction and equipment maintenance industry, you'll join a practical, safety-focused team assisting with essential maintenance work on poultry farm equipment.
This hands‐on role involves replacing augers in feed trucks under supervision.
It's an excellent chance for individuals who enjoy physical work, working with tools and contributing to a team.
Key Responsibilities
You'll support the maintenance team with equipment repairs and component replacement, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently under supervision.
Assist with removing and replacing augers in feed trucks
Support equipment maintenance and general labouring activities
Safely handle tools, materials and equipment as directed
Follow supervisor instructions and established work procedures
Maintain a clean, organised and hazard‐free work area
Comply with workplace health and safety requirements
Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks on schedule
$***** per hourbase rate plus applicable overtime and penalty rates
Overtime rates from$***** to $***** per hour, depending on hours worked
5-10 daysof short-term employment
50 hours per week,



Monday to Friday, approximately 8-10 hours per day

Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you'll ideally bring:
Valid Construction Induction Certificate (White Card) - essential
Previous construction, maintenance or general labouring experience
Confidence using basic hand tools and working in a physically demanding environment
Ability to follow instructions and work safely under supervision
A reliable, practical approach and willingness to work as part of a team
Availability for the full assignment from 26 October ****
Your own reliable transport to and from the worksite
Ability to provide one work-related reference
