This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join a busy, skilled team and play a key role in keeping the sales process running smoothly.
The Role:
Oversee sales administration across a team of 10 Lead Agents
Prepare and manage Agency Agreements, AML documentation, Contracts for Sale and CMAs
Ensure all sales files and documentation are accurate, complete and compliant
Track outstanding paperwork and proactively follow up with agents
Maintain accurate records and well‐organised sales files
Provide ongoing administrative support throughout the sales process
Liaise with agents, vendors,



solicitors and other key stakeholders
Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies in a timely manner
About You:
Previous experience in real estate sales administration
Strong knowledge of sales documentation and compliance procedures
Familiarity with Agency Agreements, AML requirements, Contracts for Sale and CMAs
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time‐management skills
Confident managing competing priorities and supporting multiple agents
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to follow‐up
Able to work autonomously while collaborating with a high‐performing team
