About the role
HC Driver - Walking Floor Operator | Moss Vale to Spring Farm
Allmen Industrial Services is currently seeking an experienced HC Driver for one of our valued clients, a leader within the Waste and Resource Recovery industry.
Due to continued growth and increased workload, we are looking for a reliable and safety-focused driver to join the team operating a Walking Floor trailer, completing daily runs between Moss Vale and Spring Farm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company offering stable hours and a great team environment.
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a current HC Australian Driver's Licence
Have previous Walking Floor, Tipper or Bulk Haulage experience
Have a strong commitment to workplace safety
Be reliable, punctual and professional
Be able to work autonomously and manage your workload efficiently
Have excellent communication skills
Possess a good driving record and be able to provide an RMS printout
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic




Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Have a sound understanding of fatigue management requirements
Desirable, but not Essential:
Experience operating Walking Floor trailers
MC Licence
BFM Accreditation
Experience within the Waste, Recycling or Resource Recovery industries
Loader, Excavator or Forklift experience
Knowledge of the Southern Highlands and South-West Sydney region
