Key responsibilities;
Payroll
End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll (~160 employees across a 24/7 rostered workforce)
Review and reconcile timesheets, roster interfaces and payroll variances
Maintain employee records, contracts, salary packaging and entitlements
Ensure compliance across EBAs, legislation, super, reporting and year-end
Key responsibilities;

HR Administration
Coordinate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records
Monitor compliance (police checks, registrations, working rights)
Support managers with probation, reviews and employee queries
Maintain HR data, reporting, policies and documentation
About you
Proven end-to-end payroll experience in acomplex, rostered environment
Strong knowledge ofAwards, EBAs and compliance
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Confident communicator with solid stakeholder engagement
Solutions-focused with a mindset for continuous improvement
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Experience across both payroll and HR administration
