We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Events Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences for our members, guests and clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in ensuring every event runs seamlessly from setup to pack down.

About the Role
As Events Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating and leading event operations while maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and coordinating staff during events
Ensuring events are set up, executed and packed down to a high standard
Leading by example and providing hands-on support during service
Briefing and allocating staff to ensure smooth operations
Liaising with clients, guests, kitchen teams, management and suppliers
Maintaining high food, beverage and service standards
Managing event timelines and responding effectively to operational issues
Monitoring venue presentation, cleanliness and safety
Assisting with staff training and development




Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Completing event checks and ensuring operational requirements are met
About You
You'll be a confident hospitality qualified with a passion for events and exceptional service.To be successful, you'll have:
Previous experience in an Events Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role
Experience coordinating corporate and social events
Strong customer service and organisational skills
The ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A calm and professional approach under pressure
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
A current RSA Competency Card
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
