Job Description
Traffic Controller duties Set up, monitor and remove signs, cones, barriers and other traffic control equipment in line with the approved traffic management plan Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely through or around road works
Use a stop slow bat or approved communication equipment to manage traffic flow Communicate with other traffic controllers, road crews and supervisors Monitor changing conditions and report hazards or incidents
Help maintain a secure work area for workers, motorists and pedestrians Follow workplace safety procedures and wear the required PPE NO ACCOMMODATION
