You will provide safe, patient-centred nursing care within community settings, aligning with NSW Health policies and standards.
Applicants must hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and demonstrate strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
