in Brisbane, supporting veterans as they navigate life beyond service, explore career opportunities and work towards returning to employment.
You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team, helping veterans identify their strengths, overcome barriers and achieve their personal and vocational goals. With versatile working arrangements and varied clinical work, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to those who have served Australia.
Your Caseload
Career planning and vocational guidance for veterans
Supporting veterans to return to work
Identifying barriers to employment and developing strategies to overcome them
Building confidence, independence and work readiness
Supporting veterans to identify their strengths, goals and future opportunities
What You'll Be Doing
Work with veterans to understand their individual goals, abilities and aspirations.
Support career planning and identify suitable employment pathways.
Help veterans overcome barriers to returning to work and transitioning into civilian employment.
Develop strategies to build confidence, independence and readiness for employment.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver meaningful clinical services.
Adapt your approach to meet each veteran's individual needs.
