Join an established residential agency in Melbourne's Western Suburbs as a Business Development Manager, where you'll focus on growing the rent roll, building current relationships and bringing new business through the door.
You'll have the support of an experienced property management team behind you, while having the freedom to develop your own network and manage your pipeline.
About the role
You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new property management opportunities across the Western Suburbs.
This will include prospecting, attending appraisals, preparing rental proposals, following up leads and building strong relationships with property owners and referral partners.

We're looking for adriven,



confident and relationship-focused BDMwith a genuine passion for property and business development.
You'll be comfortable prospecting, presenting and negotiating, with the motivation to build a strong pipeline and consistently win new business.
Previous property management or real estate BDM experience is preferred, along with anAgent's Representative Certificate.
