We are looking for an experiencedD365 Customer Engagement Developerto join a project focused on enhancing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment, with a strong focus ondevelopment, integration and automation.
The role will involve building integrations betweenCanvas LMS and D365 CE, usingPower Automate, APIs and webhooks, as well as developing, supporting and enhancing existing D365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customise solutions withinMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CE
Build and maintain integrations betweenCanvas LMS and D365 CE
Develop integrations usingAPIs, webhooks and Power Automate
Develop custom functionality usingC#
Configure and develop using D365 CE out-of-the-box capabilities
Automate business processes and workflows
Support, troubleshoot and enhance existing D365 components
Resolve application incidents and service requests
Develop and maintainPower BI reports




Contribute to solution architecture and application support
Key Skills & Experience
Strong hands-onD365 CE development and customisation
ProvenD365 CE integrationexperience
Strong knowledge ofAPIs, webhooks and Power Automate
Experience withC# development
Experience supporting and enhancing existing D365 CE solutions
Understanding of solution architecture and application support
Experience withPower BI
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
