Busy Bees is seeking an Assistant Centre Director at Chinchilla on a full-time basis.
You will support the Centre Director with daily operations, mentor educators and foster a safe, engaging learning workplace for children and families.
You will lead, mentor, and inspire staff, build partnerships with families and the local community, ensure compliance with the NQF and regulations, contribute to curriculum planning, and step into the Centre Director role when required.
