Strive Community Care in Ipswich is seeking casual and part time Therapeutic Care Workers to support children and young people who have experienced complex trauma.
The role involves therapeutic, relationship-based care across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepover shifts and December-January availability.
You will build trust, mentor OOHC participants, and work to develop life skills while adhering to trauma-informed practices and safety frameworks.
Training and support are provided.
