We are currently seeking passionate Professionals to join our property management team as Residential Property Managers.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence, a valid Driver's Licence and has a reliable vehicle
Is capable of managing a property portfolio of predominately new builds with professionalism and confidence
Communicates calmly and clearly, even in busy or high-pressure situations
Is proactive, organised, and detail oriented
Is tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and digital tools
Has strong problem-solving skills and can confidently manage maintenance issues and unexpected challenges
Has strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
Understands the importance of legislation, compliance and accurate record-keeping
Takes ownership of their responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion
Works well independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
Salary: Competitive base salary (based on experience) + performance-based incentives.
For the right candidate, we can potentially offer accommodation in a brand-current home as part of the overall employment package.
