The role involves travel across the Bellingen, Coffs Harbour and Nambucca Heads LGAs, supporting families with trauma‐informed, family‐centred care.
The position is full-time, based at Groundworks, and funded under the Family Preservation Program.
It includes a 24/7 on‐call roster, flex hours, and SCHADS Level 4 classification.
