Sexual Health Victoria (SHV) is seeking a Customer Service Officer - Education to join our Education Services team in a full time, 12-month fixed-term hybrid role (3 days in office and 2 days WFH).
You will be the first contact for education clients, delivering exceptional service, coordinating bookings, registrations and timetables to support SHV's education programs across Victoria.
The role requires strong organisational skills and proactive problem-solving.
