You will learn hands-on, attend school two days and work three days, with early shifts from 3am to 10:30am, gaining experience across breads, pastries and baked goods.
The program aims to certificate III in Baking, helping you build a career in a friendly, community-focused bakery while balancing schooling and work commitments.
