Our client is undergoing a significant WMS/ERP transformation, and require a Senior Test Lead who will take genuine ownership, bring structure across multiple streams and keep internal teams and vendors moving in the same direction.
This isn't a role for working through assigned test cases.
You'll set the direction, see what's coming and make sure testing is delivered on time, while staying hands-on when it counts.
What you'll be doing
Owning the test strategy, plans and schedules across the WMS program and its integrations
Leading and coordinating internal QAs and external/vendor testing teams across multiple streams
Driving SIT, UAT, end-to-end and regression testing in line with program milestones
Identifying risks, dependencies and resourcing needs early, then escalating and resolving them
Holding vendors accountable and managing those relationships day to day
Giving project, business and technology stakeholders clear, confident reporting
Improving testing processes, standards and ways of working

What you'll bring
Proven experience as a Senior Test Lead, Test Lead or Test Manager on large-scale programs
WMS, ERP or enterprise transformation experience
Strong background in complex integration and end-to-end testing
Experience leading testing teams and managing third-party or offshore vendors
A track record of running multiple testing streams at once
The confidence to challenge stakeholders and vendors respectfully, and to influence without direct authority
A proactive, organised approach: you plan ahead rather than wait for direction
Highly regarded:
SAP / S/4HANA, warehouse or supply chain systems, test setting and release coordination.
