Baseline Projects is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead in office operations for education builds in NSW.
You will manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate trades, and uphold safety, quality, and program requirements on projects up to $25M.
You will oversee toolbox talks, inductions, and QA processes, liaise with project teams and stakeholders, and drive timely delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and environmental compliance.
