Casual Front Desk Staff and/or Personal Trainer – Dual Roles Available
We're hiring for casual positions: Front Desk Staff, Personal Trainer, or a combined Front Desk + Personal Trainer role.
Key responsibilities
Front Desk Staff:
Greet members and visitors with a friendly, professional manner
Manage memberships, bookings and general enquiries
Process payments and handle basic administration
Be savvy with social media — create content, engage with members online and help grow our gym's social presence
Support smooth day-to-day gym operations
Personal Trainer:
Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored training programs
Support clients to achieve their fitness goals




Demonstrate correct exercise technique and maintain a secure training environment
About you
Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
Genuine interest in health, fitness and helping people
Reliable and professional attitude
For Personal Trainer applicants: Certificate III/IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
Previous customer service or gym experience is an advantage
Flexible casual hours
