The Role:
They are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Lawyer with 2-3 years (PQE) to join their performing team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in property law, commercial transactions, business law, and conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload involving property, commercial, business, and conveyancing matters




Advise and represent clients in property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
Provide legal advice on business law issues, including corporate governance and compliance
Conduct due diligence and manage the conveyancing process from start to finish
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's client base
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years PQE
Strong experience in property law, commercial transactions, business law, and conveyancing
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
