Addressing guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests.
Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Managing reservations and room assignments.
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff such as housekeepers and maintenance personnel.
Ensuring rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
Scheduling and overseeing repairs or renovations.
Managing supplies and inventory for cleaning, maintenance, and guest needs.
Manages budgets and financial resources of a hotel or motel, including monitoring expenses and revenue
Conducting safety inspections and implementing necessary measures to protect guests and staff.
Follow local council codes, OHS rules and licensing requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS A bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Motel Manager.
