Our Boiler Attendants are hardworking and passionate about who we are and what we do.
Your new position, reporting to the Treatment Coordinator will include:
Loading and unloading kilns
Calibration and safety checks as required
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance as required
Monitor dryspec and steam temperatures
Ensure maintenance of the Kilns to the required level of cleanliness and lubrication, including standard adjustments and liaise with maintenance staff as required.
This is a full time permanent position working 12 hour shifts on a rotating 24/7 roster.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will:
a current Forklift licence (LF) and experience
Have previous experience working within a production/warehouse environment
Be looking for a long-term career opportunity
Have excellent attention to detail, quality and safety
Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
Be reliable and motivated to do your best every day
As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, vision, drug and alcohol testing.
