Axil Coffee is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function from strategy to execution in Melbourne. You will drive the marketing calendar, manage email/CRM, e-commerce (Shopify), paid media, PR, partnerships, events, packaging and reporting while coordinating with external agencies and vendors.
This senior role requires hands-on leadership with robust analytics, brand storytelling, and operational excellence to scale our independent Melbourne coffee business.
