Valton Equipment is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Mortlake workshop team in Victoria. You will act as the central hub of the service department, coordinating workshop and field technicians, managing workload, and maintaining explicit communication with clients and management.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day scheduling, process service job estimates, and ensure timely updates and accurate invoicing, while Upholding safety and manufacturer requirements in all documentation.
