Responsibilities
Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email
Providing product demonstrations within our showroom
Ensuring service is provided in a timely and high-quality manner
Make sure both admin and your workplace is tidy and organised.
Our Ideal Candidate will have
Communicates confidently in person, on the phone and by email
Enjoys asking questions and finding solutions
Is comfortable learning how to interpret drawings and technical enquiries
Wants to build genuine, long-term customer relationships
Brings initiative, drive and a solutions-based approach to sales
