About the role
Full-time, maximum-term (12 months)
Commencing January **** ***** school year)
Housing provided
Howqua Assistants play a vital, hands-on role in the day-to-day operation of the campus.
Working closely with teaching and other staff, you will help deliver a high-quality, integrated program that supports student learning, wellbeing and personal growth.
You will contribute across a broad range of activities including program delivery, outdoor education, student supervision and campus operations, while helping foster a safe,



inclusive and respectful residential community.
Capabilities and Experience:
Experience supporting students in academic, outdoor and co-curricular programs
Confident supervising students in learning and residential settings
Interest in outdoor education and working in a hands-on environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach
Adaptable and willing to contribute across all aspects of campus life
Commitment to student wellbeing, residential community and child safety
