Educator Positions: ECT, Diploma, Certificate III & Experienced
We're seeking educators who bring:
A genuine passion for child development and EYLF principles
Warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to intentional practice
A desire to collaborate and build meaningful relationships with families
The mindset to continuously reflect and grow
Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Experience levels:
Strong experience with 0-2 year rooms - immediate priority (interviews happening now)
ECT/new graduates - We actively support emerging educators who show genuine passion and commitment
Certificate III & Diploma holders - Strong candidates to expand our team capacity

Competitive salaries: $65,000-$107,500+ (based on experience & qualifications)
