About The Company
Our client designs refined, highly detailed residences that regularly feature in Australia's leading design publications. The studio has deliberately stayed small so that every project receives the Director's full attention, and quality has always come before volume.
About The Role
Part right hand to the Director, part custodian of the studio's finances, this is a senior, part-time role with genuine autonomy. You will keep the Director organised, the studio running seamlessly and the books in excellent order.
About You
An experienced Executive Assistant or Office Manager who has also run the books, ideally in Xero
Confident with payroll, BAS and Australian compliance
A bookkeeping or accounting qualification is highly regarded,



though not essential
Organised, composed and discreet, with an appreciation for design and detail
