Fraser Coast Regional Council – Hervey Bay is seeking an experienced Leading Hand in Parks Delivery to lead onsite parks infrastructure and landscape construction projects across the Fraser Coast. This hands-on role requires coordinating daily works, guiding crews and ensuring quality outcomes in line with plans and specifications.
You will promote a robust safety culture, interpret plans, manage resources, and provide technical guidance while delivering quality community spaces.
