Skillset is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Welder/Fabricator for a well-established Dubbo business delivering quality workmanship across the Central West.
This is a secure, permanent opportunity offering quality equipment, monthly RDOs, regular overtime and a supportive workshop team.

About You
You're a trade-qualified professional who takes pride in getting the details right.
Dependable, safety-conscious and adaptable, you work confidently across varied fabrication tasks and consistently deliver to a high standard.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG and Stick welding
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Current Driver Licence
Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic
Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential
Key Responsibilities
Complete welding and fabrication work across a variety of projects
Fabricate and assemble components from technical drawings
Work with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
Carry out repairs, modifications and general workshop tasksSafely operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment
Keep the workshop safe, clean and organised
