PCA Ground Engineering is seeking a Leading Hand for our piling division on projects across Australia.
You will lead on-site crews, oversee safety, quality and timing, and work closely with the Piling Supervisor to deliver complex piling works from start to finish.
This permanent, full time role requires willingness to travel and stay away from home as needed, with tickets like DG, C6 crane, White Card and a valid licence.
You'll mentor crews and drive a culture of safety and collaboration.
