About the Role
Instructional Excellence:Design and execute high-impact learning programs anchored in evidence-informed, differentiated practices.
Targeted Intervention:Understanding of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks to provide responsive, targeted intervention and extension across diverse learning profiles.
Student Centred Delivery:Develop a deep understanding of individual learner profiles, adapting instruction to maximise student engagement and academic outcomes.
Collaborative Engagement:Partner intentionally with colleagues, families, and the broader community to foster student learning and well being.
Strategic Contribution:Drive curriculum development and school-wide initiatives aligned with our Catholic identity and MACS strategic priorities.





Key Selection Criteria
Pedagogical Experience:Demonstrated experience of explicit teaching methodologies and evidence-based instructional strategies.
Data-Informed Differentiation:Evidence of implementation using differentiated instruction and understanding of the impact on student growth.
Skilled Practice:Exemplary organisational skills with a commitment to reflective, collaborative professional practice.
Learning Environment Management:Ability to establish predictable routines and structured environments that maximise engagement and curriculum rigor.
Child Safety & Compliance:Unwavering commitment to the safety, protection, and well-being of all children in alignment with institutional standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Education (Primary) or equivalent.
Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
Accreditation to Teach Religious Education (or willingness to obtain).
