InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead Shutters Restaurant & Bar operations, in-room dining, and the new pool bar.
You will work with the Restaurant Manager to coach the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive service excellence across all venues.
The role requires 1–2 years of leadership in fine dining, robust F&B; knowledge, and a guest-centric approach.
