Getting involved in stock control, ordering and venue presentation
Building your understanding of labour costs, sales and venue performance
Identifying practical ways to improve service and make the team's day run better
Taking ownership of opening, closing and shift handovers
You don't need to have mastered every part of management already.

You'll bring:
Experience leading shifts or supervising a team in a hospitality environment
