Your new role
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .
NET
Build and enhance modern web applications using React
Develop scalable microservices and event-driven solutions
Own features throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and subject matter experts to solve complex business challenges
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices
Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability
Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes and standards
What you'll need to succeed




Backend Development
Strong commercial experience with C# and .
NET
Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures
Experience working with event-driven systems
Solid SQL development skills, ideally with SQL Server
Experience using Entity Framework or similar ORM technologies
Strong understanding of API design, service architecture, and data modelling
Frontend Development
Solid experience developing applications using React
Experience with modern UI component libraries such as MUI, Mantine, or ShadCN
Experience with state management tools including Redux, Zustand, or MobX
Ability to create intuitive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces
