Experience integrating Salesforce with
CCaaS/contact centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE or Amazon Connect
Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScript
This role will suit a hands-on Salesforce Developer who has worked with
contact centre / CCaaS platforms
and is comfortable building integrations, automation and scalable solutions within enterprise Salesforce environments.
You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Testers and business stakeholders to design, develop and deliver Salesforce solutions supporting a broader contact centre transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
Develop using
Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL
Build and support integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware and External Services
Integrate Salesforce with
CCaaS/contact centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE or Amazon Connect
Work with
OmniStudio and OmniScript
Develop dashboards and reporting around customer interactions, SLAs and service performance
Design and optimise Salesforce data models




Configure Salesforce security including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules and Roles
Support CI/CD and automated deployment using
Azure DevOps, Git, Copado or similar
Essential Criteria
Advanced hands-on skills across
Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL
Experience with
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
Solid
OmniStudio / OmniScript
experience
Experience integrating
Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect or another CCaaS platform with Salesforce
Strong Salesforce API and integration experience
Experience with CI/CD and
Azure DevOps
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
certification or equivalent practical experience
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions certification would be advantageous
