We're looking for an Accounts Payable Officer who takes pride in getting the details right and keeping things moving.
So, what's the role?
Joining an established business on a six-month contract, you'll report to the Management Accountant and look after day-to-day accounts payable, alongside other finance and administration tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing supplier invoices, checking approvals and supporting documentation
Reconciling supplier accounts, arranging payments and resolving queries
Processing daily bank transactions and assisting with international purchases
Processing expense claims and reconciling AMEX transactions
Completing month-end reconciliations
Helping with accounts receivable enquiries and fleet administration
What are we looking for?
You'll bring previous accounts payable experience, a careful eye for detail and an organised approach to your day.




You're comfortable managing your own workload, following up outstanding items and seeing tasks through to completion.
You'll also have:
Confidence using Excel, Word and accounting systems
Transparent, professional communication skills
The ability to juggle priorities and meet payment deadlines
A willingness to help with the broader team's accounts and administration needs
Availability to commit to six months, working five days a week.
