This permanent full-time role oversees nursing staff, coordinates care, and leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver secure, person-centred rehabilitation across rural communities.
The position offers a competitive salary of $150,****** per annum plus super and a 38-hour week, with a focus on staff wellbeing and clinical excellence within a semi-rural hospital setting.
